A pilot of rainwater treatment into drinking water with capacity of 5m3/h was installed at the 1st floor lobby of Laboratory building and now it is operating effectively. it is the first time, students and staffs of NUCE can drink water directly from taps.
The ceremony was well-organized with the presence of Prof. Dr.Phan Quang Minh – Vice-Rector of National University of Civil Engineering, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ung Quoc Dung – Vice Chairman of Vietnam Water Supply Association, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thang - CEO of Grundfos Vietnam, Assoc.Prof. Dr. Nguyen Viet Anh - Director of the Institute of Environmental Science and Engineering, and many delegates, teachers, students of Water Supply and Sanitation Division, National University of Civil Engineering (NUCE).
