Efficient wastewater treatment technologies with low operation cost and investment cost: BASTAFAT and AFSB systems.

1. ON- SITE PREFABRICATED WASTEWATER TREATMENTTANKS FROM COMPOSITE: BASTAFAT-F

The system consists of 2 serial tanks, combining mechanical and anaerobic – aerobic treatment processes. The tank is prefabricated by composite fiber reinforced plastic (FRP). The system is equipped with dedicated sewage pump without switch (Zoeller firm, made in USA). Depending on customer requirements, the system is designed with disinfection chamber using chlorine tablets or ultraviolet (UV). The working regime of the system is controlled automatically according to time or water level, ... by PLC controller.

2. CONSOLIDATED WATER TREATMENT PLANT BY COMPOSITE PLASTIC AFSB-F OR REINFORCED CONCRETE AFSB-C.

The system consists of several serial tanks, combining mechanical and anaerobic – aerobic treatment processes. The tank is prefabricated by composite fiber reinforced plastic (FRP).

The system is equipped with dedicated sewage pump without switch (Zoeller firm, made in USA), dedicated air blower. Disinfection systems use sodium solution. The working regime of the system is controlled automatically by a PLC system.

• BASTAFAT and AFSB are used for treating domestic  wastewater and industrial wastewater with high organic matter content. Capacity: from 10 to 500 m3 / day (served 50-50000 people). The quality of treated wastewater: Level A and level B, QCVN 40: 2011 / BTNMN (National Technical Regulations on industrial wastewater) and QCVN 14: 2008 / BTNMT (National Technical Regulations on domestic wastewater).

• AFSB Technology achieved Gold Medal of Technology Fair - Vietnam Equipment First (Tech-mart 2003) of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ha Noi city committee.
• BASTAFAT-F Technology is patented exclusive number 9577/2011 by Intellectual Property Department.
• BASTAFAT-F and AFSB Technology have been studied, developed, inherited, and improved diffuse wastewater treatment technologies of the United States, Japan, Switzerland, taking into actual conditions in construction, installation and operation management and maintenance the wastewater treatment station of Vietnam. Now, BASTAFAT-F has shown many advantages on the technical criteria and price, is accepted from market and is increasingly widely used.
